My car was running ok and then the next morning it has no electrical power whatsoever. No dashboard lights, no ignition power, no lights, nothing. I have checked the battery is charged, the terminals are fine, the grounding wire looks good, all fuses (inner and outer boxes) are ok. Is there anywhere else you can suggest I look?

Yup, follow the smaller red positive battery wire to the under-hood fuse box. It's common on many cars for that nut to work loose.

Thanks. But that wire looks good. Any other ideas?

They always look okay. The arcing takes place under the terminal and between the terminal and the nut. If in doubt, check for voltage on the terminal with a test light or voltmeter, then check on the stud that terminal is connected to. You should find 12 volts at both places. For this to be most accurate, some current should be trying to flow through that connection. Turn the head light switch on. Then, if you find a difference in voltage between the two points, take that nut off and shine up the terminal and stud.
