I am getting 4 error codes
P0310
P1700
P0710
P1B00
I found somewhere on the net, another person had same errors, they replaced the water temp sensor, I replaced it and tried to reset the codes, my reader tells me there was an errror resetting the codes
I just want to confirm the above codes mean that the water temp sensor( the sensor with only 1 lead coming off of it) there is the other sensor with 2 leads(which is behind this one)
did I replace the right sensor?
do the above codes mean that this sensor is at fault, I also thought maybe there is a problem with the harness wire which connects to the temp sensor
any ideas

The one wire is the sending unit for the temperature gauge and would not trigger any codes. The ECT is the 2 wire sensor.

None of the codes are found in our database. Is the vehicle model correct?

I am having the same exact problem with a 2000 Hyundai Tiburon with no luck. I replaced the water temperature sensor also and nothing happened.

Was there any update on how you got the cat fixed?

Jesse, Would it be possible to ask this as a new question with full vehicle info (engine, trans and such) and what codes you have? That will put it on the main board and more people will see it.
Thanks.
