Is there a relay fuse for a 1999 Honda Civic windshield washer?

Washer fluid won't spray and I don't hear the motor.

My hearing is no good, I'd have to feel of washer motor. In the diagram, top wire is voltage, black wire is ground, with washer activated . Check voltage and ground, if both are good and no washer motor action, suspect the motor.
