how to fix oil pan gasket on a 1999 honda accord lx

are you sure the pan is what's leaking and not oil running down from somewere above? and have you checked the tightness of the pan nuts/bolts? is the leak dripping on the ground or just look like seepage?

It doesn't have a gasket, the oil pan use Honda Ultra Flange.
