I could not locate the location of inner cabin air filter for Yukon 1999 , I will be thankful if you help on that.

With many thanks for your reply, you are fully right that there is no filter for that model but I found the metal screen at the left side of the blower motor when I dismantle the motor and I spray water directly to melt the dirt which blocked it 90%.
