1999 GMC Sonoma A/C Problem

I have a 1999 GMC Sanoma that i took to a A/C repair shop cause my A/C was blowing fuses and was blowing warm ! They said it has a short and has something to do with the remote start,I bought the truck used so i don't know if the remote start was factory installed or not and if so where would the short be or how can i disconnect the remote start ! Any help is appreciated !

if it's factory a pro can scan it to see if there is a problem there or not if not factory you'll have to find the wires and fix them or remove them.
