The BPMV is saddled with the EBCM, left side of the engine compartment, below the PCM. It has no bleeder screws. A scan tool has a feature called an automated bleed procedure, that is used when necessary. If you can't get it from cracking line fittings, and normal two person bleeding, then you may need a scan tool.
