No. Ignition timing or camshaft / valve timing?

Not sure i had it in for a lower manifold gasket leak got it back it didnt run right they said it was not timed due to not haveing a timeing light. Now 4 days later it shut off will not start and they are now telling me it is either a rod or a bering. I only found out about them not useing the timeing light when i took it back and was told they did not have a timeing light they would get one to bring it back in a couple days.
