how do i turn off the rearo2 sensor?

I had the cat converter removed on my 99 gmc jimmy over a year ago. Now when i hit the gas hard it will bog down. Also it has trouble starting. I was told i need to turn off the rear o2 sensor and chanhe my plugs and wires. How do you turn the o2 sensor off?

You cannot turn the O2 sensor off. You have to put the cat converter back and replace the O2 sensor if necessary.
