Cruise control and horn not working.

Hi,

The horn and cruise control stopped working at the same time. I noticed these things not working when I picked it up from having new tires and an alignment. Don't know if the two could be related?? The airbag light is not on and appears to be working. I have checked fuses and relays and all are good. I have replaced the clock spring which did not solve the problem. The cruise light does not come on at all. I have tried the cruise control self diagnostic test I found online but the cruise light does not blink to indicate anything like it should. It will only blink once when the test is initially started. The throttle cable is properly hooked up.

C/C check the servo and brake switch-for the horn could be the horn relay or the horn button ground circuit/switch

I checked the voltage at the brake switch and it appears to be good. I have checked the pins on the servo connector per a set of instructions that I found online and they also checked out fine. How would I go about checking the horn button ground? I have checked resistance in all of the places in the steering wheel that the clockspring plugs into and found no problems.Could it be the actual horn module? It will beep when the panic button is pressed on the remote.

do you hear the relay clicking?check the vacuum switch is adjusted right above the brake switch also check the servo for vacuum at the set seloniod or and loose hoses.then if no go to a u pull it and replace the lever.make sure they garr. it to work.

Fuse 19 is good. Even replaced it with a new one. I do not hear the relay clicking.The servo doesn't look like it has anything at all attached to it besides the connector. I did think it was supposed to have a vacuum hose to it but did not see one or any place that it could have went. Maybe I'm missing something with it. Going to go readjust that brake deactivation switch later. Which lever would I replace? The brake deactivation switch?
