How to remove a cigarette lighter?

Behind the cigarette lighter there is a outer housing that unscrews, you must remove the wiring connector from the lighter first. Sometimes you can just grab it and it will come loose with your hands other times you must use pliers. Once this out housing is removed the lighter with come out the front.
