Drivers side window will not function at all

I have a 1999 F350 crew cab. All of the windows are functioning properly except for the drivers side. I have replaced the switch cluster for the windows and the relay inside the fuse panel. The drivers side still is not functioning. When the switch is pushed you can hear a "click" from the relay in the fuse panel. It has been replaced with Ford factory part and still not working. All other windows working.
