I have a 1999 Ford Explorer Limited AWD 5.0L. When I have more than two electrical components turned on at the same time (i.e.: headlights, heater blower, and rear defrosters) the car will start to 'buck' during driving. I notice a slight drop in rpm when it bucks as well. As soon as I turn off one component, the bucking goes away. I had the alternator and battery tested and they both tested great. Any ideas as to what could be wrong?

Yes, I had that tested after the alternator and battery were tested.
