transmission leak near torque converter

Whats wrong with my transmission if i have a leak near my fly wheel and torque converter and now its starting to become hard for the vehicle to shift into first gear? and the transmission was just replaced

it seems l;ike when i put trans mission fluid in ,it seems like it leaks out pretty fast
