when starting in the morning engine start ticking.

Low oil pressure, low oil (check to see if more needs to be added), wrong weight for winter months (check owners manual to see what weight (10w/40w or 5w/30w) is needed for colder temps. ! Ticking sound is most likely rocker arms not getting enough oil at start up.
