i have a ford cougar 16v 2 door saloon 1998 manual petrol & have a petrol tank holding strap drivers side i want to replace.half of the broken strap is still in car but no visible screw & my replacement strap also has a screw hole in one side & a clip type of head on the other side.how do i get out the broken strap?please help,thankyou.
