What is the grinding sound I hear when I turn right?

I hear a grinding sound when I turn right. Mainly like when I am turning into a parking stall or turning around. I also hear it when I turn my wheel to the right to back out of the drive way or a parking stall. Its usually only at those low speeds I have not noticed it at the higher speeds or when I am just turning a corner. What could it be
