1999 Dodge Stratus replacing engine mounts

I need to replace the engine mount that is on the passenger side of the car and the engine mount that is in the front below the radiator, how do I do so if I dont have a lift to get some of the weight off of the mounts?

I fyou don't have a lift you need a couple of people to try or a hydraulic jack under pan with a block of wood like 2X4 so not to damage pan
