Whats the easiest way to know n check if i have a front wheel bearing going out?

4x4, The front end shakes real bad when i brake. It has new pads, rotors, and a stabilizer. I just pulled a camper and it didnt shake at all while braking but as soon as i unhooked it, it started again? Thanks!
