how do I get the back up lights to work

I have a 2500 dodge ram and the back up lights wont come on. I have checked the fuses, the lights, and traced the wire and everything looks good. So I can't figure out why they wont work... Help

On left side of tranny

Sorry I have an automatic trany and it has two switches there is one in the back of the trany and there is one right over the pan where the shifter attaches... which one is the back up light switch???

Check the P/N switch on left side of transmission
