1999 Dodge Ram blower motor

Not sure if its the blower motor.. I've replaced the control switch in the dash, the resistor under the hood and the relay in the fuse box. No luck. One day it was working fine, next done nothing. Fan works in the rear with no heat (separate controls for fan speed only.) I'm at a loss? I can only hope the blower motor has not just died?? Plz advise?

Unplug the motor and check for 12 volts on the dark green wire. If you have it there, reconnect it, then test for 12 volts on the black / tan wire at the fan speed switch or the control panel. Let me know what you find.
