Drove car for about fifteen miles got home parked car . Came back out an it wouldn't start. It cranks but it won't turn over I checked battery fuses changed spark plugs checked for compression . What am I missing ?

scan for codes and check fuel pressure first

There's fuel pressure cause I was cranking it an it blue the heads of the fuel lines off the engine

it sholdn't blow the heads of the lines off, check to see what it reads it shold be 47-51 psi. scan for codes.

It gave me a batt code p1684 but I had my batt tested it was fine I checked the pressure relief valve there was fuel pressure I don't have a pressure gauge too really know but it's there

check your auto shutdown relay in power dist box.

When u turn the key too start it try's too turn over but the. It dies down

then see if the starter relay i sany good by replacing it with a like relay in underhood box. if still won't start the starter may be bad, hit eh body of starter with hammer if it starts starter is bad. also clean teh battery terminal ends........

Starter works can hear it when I turn key cant really bang on it cause its not in the best of places on the car

you aren't describing something right here, first yousaid it would crank now you say it wont' scan this for codes charge battery and get it load tested. not just saying it's fine.
