Did it start with the old ECM? Why did you replace it?

If you have spark and fuel then check compression also need to make sure injector are spraying fuel. If you have fuel and spark going into each cylinder then it is a internal problem

Injectors r spraying. Someone told me the new ecm still had to b programed again after it was installed, just wanted to make sure b4 I go any further. I think the timing chain jumped a tooth, or the dist pickup went bad. Has to b a timing issue

If it jumped time the compression will be low so you will know if it jumped or not. If the pick up went bad then you will have no spark. And if was just timing it would be back firing trying to start I do not know what they programed with the vin but I think it sould start so like I said before if you have spark and fuel check the compression
