1999 Durango by pass hose water pump

I am trying to replace the water pump on a 1999 Dodge Durango. The top bypass hose is not coming off. I have all the bolts off and the pump is loose but I cannot seem to get the hose off. It appears the hose is the original. Any help?

cut the hose and replace it. It is only held on by clamps. Remove the clamps, cut the old hose, and twist it off with channel locks. MAKE SURE TO REPLACE THAT HOSE. THEY ALWAYS GO BAD AND ARE A PAIN TO REPLACE.

Got the pump off and hose off now there is a tube on the old pump that won't come off... any ideas...

auto parts store has no replacement part for order or purchase...

it doesn't screw in, it presses in.

clamp the pump in a vise.
use a drift against the support bracket welded on the tube and try to knock it out with a hammer.

if you are afraid of damaging the tube there, you may be able to use some visegrips under the rim at the end of the tube where the hose goes on and gently clamp them on, and hit them with the hammer.
