noise coming from my transmission and the gears won't shift

My Dodge caravan started making a noise coming from my transmission and the gears won't shift. Checked my transmission fluid and had bubbles. The noise is louder the more I step on the gas but the gears won't shift. Sometimes when shifting from park to drive or reverse there will be no shift at all. What could this be?

Hi the only thing you can do with trans installed is change the input output sensors they are about 20 00 at the dealer simple to change be sure to disconnect neg cable if you replace them.
