Scretching smoking engine upon 17 degree cold morning, water pump was severly leaking night before.

1999 dodge grand caravan water pump - What should the replacement cost? Can I do this job with standard hand tools and no experience?

If you get a manual, you could do it. There really are no special tools. However, the easiest way to do the job is by lifting and safely supporting the front passanger side of the vehicle. Remove the inner fender (plastic and held in with plastic clips).
