rocker arms are shacking i tried to tighten them an now it wont start
can you tell me what can i do its a 1999 dodge caravan

Back them off. Chances are you overtightened them and it is losing compresion. You need to set the rockers to the manufacturer's recommendations. If overtightened, the valve will not close completely and the engine will not run.
