i replaced bulb in driver side headlight. now seems that high beam/low beam are reversed compared to passenger side that was not replaced.

how many headlight bulbs are per side? 1 or 2?

only 1 bulb per side. the electrical connector has an d shape and can be connected in only one position.

correct bulb as far as i could tell. when look at the headlights and active the dimmer, the two headlights seems to dim and brighten in opposite fashion. when dash bright signal on the passenger light seems to be on high beam but driver side appears to be on low beam. when shift to low beam (no bright signal on dash)the passenger light goes to low beam but the new driver light seems to go to high beam

here's an idea take bulb from other side and try it. or just get another bulb and see if it's the same?
