The arms on the front and back are adjustable by loosening the two or three mounting bolts. Adjust the rear arm so it needs to be a little more forward before the rollers start going around the curve that draws it in.

I tried that and its getting closer. but the door won't latch. My dad said that the quarter panel needs to be pushed out or something. Like it got pushed in during the accident. Is there anything else you can think of that may work before we take the inside panel out and what not??

If the door is closing without binding or rubbing on anything, and the body lines are lined up when you hold it closed, all that's left is to adjust the striker to make the latch work. You do that by loosening the hex nut a little, then you can move the striker up and down and in and out.

Also be aware that Chrysler has come up with a real lot of excellent designs over the past few decades, but this door latch system is definitely not one of them. It's a good idea to leave the interior trim panel off until everything is adjusted and working properly. The rear latch linkage and inside release linkage just snap into little metal clips, and it's not uncommon for them to pop out from an impact or from slamming the door too hard. Slamming it too hard can over-adjust the interior light switch too. There's an easy fix for that if you run into it.
