how do i check the fuel pressure on my 1999 Dodge Avenger?

I'm trying to find out with my car is get the right amount of fuel to the motor, is there someone who can tell me where to check my fuel pressure?

You need a fuel pressure tester-you cannot determine how much fuel is going to the injectors the best thing you can do is check its injection pattern should be a cone shape when the fuel rail is removed-checking the FPR disconnect and connect the vacuum hose-when disconnect the presure should rise atleast 10psi
