starter not working?

My car wont start just clicks I've been told that its just a ground relay I just want to know where this is located?

Whats clicking?Also have you had the battery tested and made sure the battery cables are clean and tight? This guide can help us fix it

Check for applicable trouble codes. You have a starter relay, that isn't for ground. At the relay, terminal 30 is hot all the time. Terminal 86 goes hot with key in the crank position. Terminal 85 is ground for coil side of relay, controlled by the pcm. When relay is energized, terminal 87 carries voltage to starter. Note diagram.
