That's not what we do here. We are technicians that answer technical questions. I suggest you contact the Better Business Bureau.

I can only give my saturn car experiences with them i have never used them for service's but they have called me when i worked at the saturn dealer's. I have talked to them on the saturn S model saturn transmission's one time they called me because they rebuilt a saturn S model transmission and it didn't have reverse when they were done. I had another one bring me a car to the saturn dealer I worked at they completely rebuilt the transmission for a hard shift and it still had a hard in every gear. Took me a whole 10 mins to figure out it was a bad line pressure actuator. Had a friend that had a saturn S model with some gear ratio code's and they told her just from the code's that they had to rebuild her transmission never performed even a high and low pressure test.Turned out she only needed a valve body. As far as other car's I really couldn't tell. These were all different place's not the same one also some different state's even. So if anyone else has any other experiences with them feel free to add them in.
