Started out as roaring noise that got louder the faster you drive. It would disappear when you turned to the right. Now it makes a clicking/rattling noise (tinny sounding). I changed the right cv axle but it didn't help it. Have any suggestions?

It sounds like a bad wheel bearing. If it stopped when turning right, chances are it is one of the bearing on the right. Think about it, when you turn right, the vehicle's weight distribution moves to the left removing a lot of pressure from bearing on the right.

That is what I would recommend checking.

97 sebring jxi recently had new tires put on due to right frnt tire belt, replaced ball joints, tie rods, etc. Was pulling into driveway steep incline and then bottem out, didn't seem like any damage upon driving a noise believed to be coming from right front. When I excelerate(gas) no noise soon as don't give it gas and its coasting loud noise like a hollow clunking sound coming from right frnt end, came on immediate, steering doesn't seem effected. any suggestions could tire belt busted again, or control arm??

take it back immediately to where you had the work done. Obviously something they have done to the car isn't right. Because you did not have this problem before! You should have just replaced the tire only I feel that they have suckered you in to replacing all these other parts and something hasn't been done right! They should have aligned the front end did they?
