Gotta give us a hint of what's leaking. If you opened the petcock, it's common for the plastic to crack and cause a drip about once every ten seconds. Replacement of the radiator is only proper fix unless you seal it permanently with RTV gasket sealer. We only remove the lower radiator hose to drain the system so that petcock isn't even used or needed.

If the tank is leaking around the seal, a radiator repair shop can take care of that. If the cooling fins crumble like a rotten chocolate chip cookie, salt has taken its toll and it's time for a new radiator. Don't waste your time trying to solder the holes. I fixed 14 holes in mine over a six month period before I finally gave up and bought a new one.

There is nothing repairable in today's radiators. All you can accomplish with the sealer is to just clog up the rest of your system. Radiators are cheap now, just replace it.
