new key made and battery was dead

I lost my key went to lock my car up and left the inside lights on for about 15 hours got a new key made and battery was dead the shop put it on a charger and got it running i drove about 12 miles and abs light came on along with air bag and battery light what do you think this could be

low battery voltage have battery load tested and ALT output checked

the crysler dealership had a hard time to get it running as they pulled it out of the shop the battery light came on the load on the battery was 13.2 but it took almost an hour to get it there I managed to drive it about 15 miles before the battery was drained and just befor it died several lights came on like abs air bag and battery
