I can't get fuel to the engine. I replaced the fuel pump but still no luck. The filter has been replaced also.

Engine cranking, do you have spark at the spark plugs? Any applicable trouble codes? Did you check voltage and ground for the fuel pump motor?

Which van do you have? What is litre size of engine? If you have a 6cylinder that probably has the spider fuel system? That system is known for problems.
