I have a 1999 Chevy 3500 v8 2wd and my ECM-A keeps blowing out. I already changed out the fuel pump fuel relay and fuel filter with no luck. So what can it be. Thanks so much.

You sure its the ECM-A fuse instead of ECM-1?

You have a short circuit between the fuse to the computer-could be the pink wire is shorted directly to ground or one of the injectors is shorted out and dragging the rest down

You will need to check all ecm oup puts . If the resistance of a solenoid is to low it will pass to much current and take out the ecm driver on that circuit . Was the truck running well before the first ecm failed ?

The fuse for ECM 1 was burned out and it didn't want to start anymore.

Is it still blowing the fuse and when does it blow ? As soon as you stick it in or when trying to start it or just turning the key. Are. Are you shore the ecm is bad or maby a fuse problem ?
