front brakes lock up while driving
have replaced rotors, calipers(twice),pads...we just took the calipers off again and one side the hose had fluid leaking out,the other side slowly dripped fluid out...flushed the system...took the abs fuse out. will let me drive for about 5 miles then the brakes drag and lock up.45 minutes later i can drive again...we pulled the vacumn hose from the booster and they unlocked.what could it be?

What it sounds like is the rubber brake hoses to the calipers are bad. What happens is internally, they break down. When you press the brake pedal, you produce enough pressure to force brake fluid into the caliper to stop, but when you release, the caliper doen't produce enough to return the fluid through the hose.

When this happens (the brake is locked up) open the bleeder on the caliper. If brake fluid shoots out and the rotor then is loose, the hose is the problem.

Let me know if it helps or what you find.
