99 Sub the starter would turn when connecting the battery. Removed IGN wire and it stilled turned. Replaced Solenoid and same outcome except now when i unhook the ING wire it dosent turn. Wires are not connected wrong because the and Pos. wire can only connect to that the one terminal on the solenoid it has a groove that it locks in. Can anyone tell me what to do next?

So you are saying that the starter turns over on it's own when the battery is connected?
You need to check the starter relay. It might be stuck closed putting power to the starter at all times. Just put one of your other relays in its spot and see what happens.

Ok I disconnected the Ign Switch harness at the base of the steering column and removed the starter relay from the fuse box and swapped it and then just left it out and it stilled turned . Now if i connect the Pos or Neg cable to the battery first the starter turns the motor. Now before i changed the solenoid the starter would turn with just the to big gauge wires attached. Now that i changed the solenoid it only turns when the IGN wire is connected. When the IGN wire is connected the starter still turns with the starter relay pulled out ,the Ign switch wire harness pulled apart (not connected) but, will not turn if the IGN (purple wire)is not connected to the solenoid.

It sounds like there is a problem with your ignition switch. It must be putting power to the starter at all times.
