My 99 chevy malibu is emitting a P0410 secondary air intake malfunction, but I can hear that it is operating so I know that it is not flooded. When the sai engages I have noticed a drop in voltage and my headlights dim. The sai engages and then switches on and of repetitively, to the point of ridiculousness. I have also noticed a metal rattle coming from the same area. Do you have any idea as to what I can replace that will fix this problem?

look for a holein one of the lines. Also make sure that they are allconnected. it should be easy to follow them to see where they go. if not you'll have to get a scanner so it can be checked for what is wrong.
