my zip is 73701. Mechanic I am using is West Maine Auto and he said replacing the tensioner did not stop the noise. What does the whole kit consist of??

The whole kit is the tensior timing chain all the sprockets and guides.Just replacing the tenisor is the wrong way to fix a noisy timing chain.
