my fuse to the motor blower pops in my 1999 chevy cavalier what could it be?

Does it blow as soon as you turn the blower motor on?Or does it take a while of it running for it to blow?

Thats going to be harder to find you have a blower motor sometimes drawing too many amps or a intermintant short to ground.Is there anytime or condition that you have seen that causes the fuse to blow?
