1999 chevy blazer with the 4.3 vortec. The coil wire that goes from the coil to distributor is arcing out and I think it is causing my cylinder 4 misfire. There are 2 wires coming from the coil pigtail plug in one reddish pink and the other white and black. What are they? Is the white and black one a ground? If it is a ground wire would is hurt to splice into it and run a wire somewhere else to ground it out?
