Every time I use the blinker (left or right), the windshield wipers turn on?

1999 Chevy Astro v6 mileage: 80,000.Every time I use the blinker (left or right), the windshield wipers come on!How do you fix that?

You will need to replace the switch that controls both the turn signals and the wipers.
