1999SLS PART 0F THE WINDOWS STOP AND THE DOOR AND CD PAYER RADIO WORK PART OF CIRCUIT BREAKERS CAN it BE BAD THEY ALL STOP WORKING AT THE SAME TIME

Lets work a little more on describing the symptom. When do the windows not operate, and which one. I don't understand the significance of the door and cd player. It is not a circuit breaker that is at fault, I am just not certain as to what the exact symptoms are. Do this at first, disconnect the battery and short the cables together for a minute or so. See if this changes any of the characteristics.
