Heater / Fan not blowing

I have a 99 Escalade and the heater & ac fan wont blow. I have replaced the controls in the dash but it work on high for a little while but now wont blow at all. If I turn off the turn it blows for a little while the next day and then stops. Its cold and I need the heat to work for kids ?

Check for power and ground at the blower motor connector, under the rh side of the dash. If it has power and ground, it needs a blower. If it does not, more than likely it is a speed control processor.
