mechanic says the front axels are both bent i need to repair i just bought this car and have only had it 3 months i havent been in any accidents and i do not drive the car hard i cant understand how this happened of course the mechanic said the axels werent bent when they sold me the car

What is the original symptom, for why it is at the shop in the first place?

I am showing an o.e. price for the axles to be about $840 each. Labor time from alldata is 1.9 both sides. this could estimate in the $1900 to $2000 dollar range.
