1999 Cadillac Deville Fuel filler neck installation.

there will be 3 connections for hoses at fuel tank where pump mounts one is feed to engine other is return from engine and third one is for evap pipe you' will probably have to drop tank down to connect evap pipe it is at sender pump connection. the pic I'm sending is of filler neck and the hose to that will be by the filler neck entrance on tank.

I appreciate the help, but your answer does not tell me where the filler neck vent tube attaches to the tank.

well I'd give a pic if I could it may be at the top I can't find a pic of one but it should be near where the filler neck connects both have rubber hoses to them. I ham including two pics one is an access panel in trunk that can be removed and other is of A tank I have put arrows where I think the vent tube may connect. it's been a long time to mess with one of these but it should be fairly easy to spot if not then drop the tank down and you'll find it.

There is no fuel pump inspection hole in the trunk. After feeling around above the tank, I found the vacuum connector for the vapor canister and also the fitting for the vacuum line to the filler vent pipe. Looks like a PO probably replaced the fuel pump at some point and neglected to hook the vacuum system up. About your advice, I hope you get more out of the $10 donation than I did.
