1999 Cadillac Catera Electrical problem?

My abs tcs and check engine lights are on, power steering sometimes doesn't work, speedometer and blinkers not working, drives better in 1 or 2 than drive. Got car scan and the following codes came up u2106, u2100, u2108, p1120, p1113,p0100,p0571, and p05100... ALSO, the fog light fell out and now theres ripped and exposed wires hanging down.. whats wrong?! 1999 Cadillac Catera

check battery first for condition including load test as it will give false codes.the U codes can be from a bad tcm and or short sin the wires. a pro will need to look at this physically. a vacuum leak may aslo be part of your problem so check for that like a broken hose etc.youhave to take this to a pro anyhow so the other codes he can tell you what he has found prior to fixing it
