driver side was forced down

Have 1999 Buick regal ultra classic turbo the window on driver side was forced down and the window came out of guiding rubber and track (still rolls up and down at this time) after the forced opening just rolled up at angle had to pull to straighten it out.

Need to know how to troubleshoot and possibly repair.
